Scholarships To YOTA Private Forum

by Sean Rasmussen on September 24, 2009

YOTA ScholarshipI’ve been so inspired by many of the amazing success stories people have experienced with my affiliate money making strategies, I’ve decided to give 3 lucky people  a FULL ONE YEAR scholarship to a membership of my private Year Of The Affiliate Internet Marketing Forum.

This is valued at just under $2,400.

Yep, I am going to give away 3 full ride scholarships to the Year Of The Affiliate Internet Marketing Forum. You will also get a FREE copy of Year Of The Affiliate 2.0

Sean's Internet Marketing ForumMy private member’s forum is specially designed to help beginners like you get access to a live and dynamic mastermind group where you can get all your questions answered… where you get ongoing support… where you even get advice personally from me and my team of trainers.

There is nothing like it available anywhere in Australia. In fact, I have designed it specially for Aussies!

My private forum is ideal for beginners because you also get in the membership loads of video tutorials showing you all the step by step methods in action!

You also get monthly webinars or teleconferences plus the best support staff anywhere (we call it “pounce on” support. This is because we pounce on your questions to answer them).

Your Scholarship Questions (1-4)

All you have to do is write me a letter and respond to the questions below to have the chance to win a scholarship.

  1. Scholarship ApplicationWho are you and what are you doing right now in your life?
  2. Why do you want the scholarship? What are you going to do with the information? What will you use the money for when you start your business up?
  3. What have your past experiences been with internet marketing programs, coaching, etc?
  4. Why do you deserve one of our full Year of The Affiliate scholarships?

I am going to read through all the submissions, and at my discretion, award 3 FULL SCHOLARSHIPS valued at just under $2,400 each. (I might have to get my staff to help me read them all – as I expect lots of applications!)

How To Submit Your Application

If I am going to give you a Scholarship, I think it’s only fair I ask you to follow some very simple rules. Is that Fair? As I will be reading hundreds, possibly thousands of applications, I need your application to be neat.

  2. (Please do not post your personal details in the blog comments)

  4. Email your application to: scholarship@yearoftheaffiliate.com
  5. SUBJECT of your email: Scholarship
  6. Remember to post a comment below this article. We will match your application with the comment. No Comment – No Scholarship!

Your Road To Success

To be Super Successful as an Internet Marketer (or any business) and make $10,000 per month or more, you need to have an eye for detail. We will look at your application accordingly. If any of the above steps are missed, we move on to the next application.

I will announce the winner on Monday 28th September, 2009. Applications close Saturday 5pm EST.

Be sure to enter a valid email address when you submit your entry. This way I am able to contact you if you win!

Just by chance I went looking for information on the Secret and came across The Law of Attraction. So I have started working on attracting what I want most and if I win the YOTA Scholarship then that will be the way to make my dreams come true.

I’m interested in the YOTA scholarship. Buying YOTA was the start of my learning about internet marketing, and I found it very useful. Since then I’ve found other people tend to bombard you will too much sensationalised information which is not well structured and tends to be distracting.
After a six month series of unfortunate events including two car accidents that I am just overcoming, I need some luck.

Let’s just keep the countries separate shall we?

Reminds me of a story about a NZ who found an oil-lamp while walking along a NZ beach. On giving it a rub out popped a genie.

“You have 3 wishes!” he exclaimed.

“Excellent,” said the kiwi “I’d like the whole of Oz 100 meters below sea level”.

“Done!”

After a couple of minutes later the kiwi said “Now I’d like to bring Oz back to it’s normal level.”

“Done. Now you only have one wish left – better make it a good one”
The kiwi smiled and then a few days later made his final wish:

“I’d like the whole of Australia 100m back below sea level”.
Looking at the kiwi sideways the genie clicked his fingers. “Done. – but I don’t get it. It seems like a waste of your wishes.”

“Not at all” replied the kiwi “You see, I got rid of all the Australians in Australia the first time round, then all the Ozzies living in NZ went back to the funerals.”

;)

Hope to catch up soon.

Hi Sean

We met in May at a seminar in Brisbane which I signed on for. When like you I found out that the program was not one that I should be involved with I have managed to lose a fair amount of confidence and have gravitated from one thing to another. At that seminar you provided me with a copy of the version available at that time of YOTA.

I must admit that I didn’t even look at it given my disappointment (with other people) and at the outcome of the seminar. But your recent personal contact has renewed my faith in the fact that decent people “do actually exist” online and I would be honored to be chosen for the scholarship program.

To be taught by someone who actually has my interests at heart would make a tremendous difference.

My work ethic is strong – my results poor- but my resolve is to get it right.

Here’s hoping…

Regards

Keith

Hi Amy,
Wow…90 blogs, that is wild! Sean told me a little story a while back which I will never forget:

Think of each project you do as a light bulb. If you put all of your energy into 1 or 2 light bulbs, they will burn brightly. If you spread your energy over lots of light bulbs…you may just end up with a lot of light bulbs that are very dim!!

However, I love your enthusiasm and wish you all the best for the scholarship.

Amy September 27, 2009 at 7:42 am

Hi Year of the Rat,

Thanks for the light bulb story, I do agree with you. I guess if team work comes in the story would make the group of light bulbs bright and lighten fast across the board.

Thank you ,I would be honored and look forward to win the scholarship.

Initially, I was slack getting into reading YOTA – you know, another of those “put off ‘till later tasks”. However, since watching your videos, I have started to devour it …. and now the generous opportunity to win a scholarship seems to me like the perfect companion action to take if I want to be a successful affiliate marketer – and I do – not just because I need the income, but being successful will allow me to help others who don’t have the life we enjoy here in Oz
cheers

I have been floundering for some time now & need to get an income established so as to be able to move to Thailand to settle with my wife.

Thanks for your consideration.

Hi Sean
I’m a little concerned by the amount of email that I am receiving from you lately. It seems that every blog post is followed by an email telling me about it. If I wanted this level of communication I would do it through an RSS subscription, however I do still want to receive important information from you (such as the release of the book or other seminars that you might be doing). It would seem that frequent emails about blog posts would be more appropriate as tweets.

I do recall in an IM workshop with yourself and Shaun earlier this year that the recommendations for using an email marketing list was in the order of one message a week.

Please don’t take this as cutting you down, as I realise that people can vote with their mice by unsubscribing to the list if they desire. But this is a friendly note to let you know that these emails have been hitting my personal spam radar for a few days now.

Regards

Hi Liam
Good timing. I actually just turned off the Email Notifications for Comments at 12:40 pm. I did it for exactly that reason. So no offense taken mate, at all. I saw the nuisance factor of this potentially happening and turned it off.
The “One Message Per Month” is outside launch campaigns.
Thanks for bringing it up. You confirmed that I made the right decision :)

Oh my god, did you read my mind? All week, I’ve been thinking about how I can learn more from you, and how I can attract your personal guidance.

I was so touched when you left my husband and me a message on our travel blog last year. Your support meant so much. That year of travelling and doing volunteer work was the best year of my life (so far!). There’s more of that to come with your help, in one way or another.

Congratulations on all your success. You’ve come such a long way since we met in Hawaii in December 2006. You and Cherie deserve it all. Remember our conversation about writing? Well, that inspirational conversational was the start of my writing career. Who knew that being good at writing would make us money one day.

And thank you for re-igniting my energy, excitement and passion again. I lost a lot of that for while because of a horror internet marketing experience last year. But I’m only looking forward now with those lessons close to me and my dream life of travelling again not too far away.

Believe me Sean, my application will not disappoint you.

Thank you.

Dear Sean Rasmussen

I would like to apply for the YOTA scholarship please.
It is truly wonderful to “pay forward” your success and understanding to others. I would dearly love to see and be a part of a universal movement where sharing ones gifts such as wealth, time, talent and shelter was highly prized. In fact as valuable a contribution as if you were passing someone on the street and showed a semblance of human kindness. To do so online is no different than helping a stranger on the street. Unknown, unasked, unselfish!

I have been looking for some time for a geniune Aussie who gives good value & training without trying to pressure you into buying other products that are not needed by a beginner and have no immediate value to them. I have information overload. So I have chucked the baby out with the bath water and basically given up until I saw your videos. I am starting to believe again that affiliate marketing is actually achievable for a baby boomer grandmother and that there are steps I can follow. I am currently up to page 100 of the Year of the Affiliate – Leaked Version and am seriously thinking of applying for your scholarship as my brains have not quite atrophied yet and God willing there are many years of life still left in me. Hi Sean,
I had a chat with Steve the other day and he freely answered all my questions which was a change of pace compared to some of the so called internet marketing guru’s out there. I have been slaving away for a boss for too many years and in March this year after being mesmerized by all the experts out there and the multi million $$$ incomes, I succumbed to a program in sydney after going to one of their seminars in Brisbane. Boy, could this little fella sell ice bergs to eskimos!!!.
I am still determined to succeed in affiliate marketing. I just need the right teacher to pass on the wisdom that he has developed over many years of hard work. I am prepared to devote my full time to succeed in affiliate marketing. Also when successful, promote the person who taught me.

Hi, Sean,

I am at the crossroads of my life and career, not desperate but in disorientation.

My inspiration is from the Sydney seminar back in May. You have struck me as a sincere trustworthy Internet Marketer who is passionate to help other people to achieve what you have achieved. You know, sincere trustworthy people are rare in this day and age, sincere reliable Internet Marketers are even rarer.

Internet is something I don’t want to live without and I am now convinced that learning about the tricks and secrets of Internet Market is not something I want to miss. So I think, why not give it a go to apply for your YOTA scholarship to learn something valuable now that I have run into a good mentor?

I want to make new changes in my life–change is as good as holiday -:)–and I want to build my material wealth in order to improve my capacity of helping disadvantaged people in this world.

I would like to apply for the YOTA Scholarship. I have travelled many paths in my life, some have succeeded, some have failed, but I can’t help looking around the corner for something new and exciting. I really enjoy mixing with like minded people, people who want the best for themselves and for others. I believe that if you accept something that is given in good faith then you cannot fail and you must retun 10fold the opportunity afforded to you. I don’t look at the scholarship as a freebie, more as an opportunity to take and give, whilst still allowing myself to gain rewards for my hard work.

I’ve heard you speak on a few occasions, and your down to earth, honest approach and family passions resonates with me. This is less than a week after I wrote to you about my desire to work with you and I feel like you did it on purpose! If not consciously, God is working through you, I am sure.

Even if I am not chosen, I honour your choices and the desire to help others in this way and look forward to learning more through YOTA in whatever way I can. The leaked version is a great start!

I will definitely be applying for your scholarship, so I have the opportunity to crawl out of a big hole, start my family before it’s too late and “pay it forward” in some way as yet fully unknown, by helping others to do the same, regardless of their own reasons. I long for more time to do the volunteer work I have already started and to make my home a place of rest for the family instead of a never-ending rush! Also, travel and a multitude of other goals.

I wish you well for the future and thank you for this opportunity.

Sean,

I have been receiving regular emails from you since I first purchased 21st Century Homestudy approx 4 years ago. Last year I signed up as an affiliate for that program with a website. However work commitments have taken over and I have not followed through with this. I am a fairely novice internet user, particularly in relation to chat sites and and have never blogged before. I attended my first 21st Century seminar event 2 weeks ago.

Since receiving your YOTA emails I have watched all of the videos and even tried to encourage my children to watch the videos instead of just playing computer games. I have signed up for your free website and hope to personalise it over the next few days. While I have a full time job in my own company I want to start working smarter, not harder and am looking forward to earning extra income as an affiliate and following through with some of the things I have started.

Your instructions are simple and to the point, until 10 minutes ago I did not even understand what a widget was.

I intend to apply for one of your scholarships. Keep up the good work.

thanks Mr. Seam, your blog site has help me to know more about internet marketing i have started with click bank and to make a first sale but the sad thing is I don’t my own website and credit card, and I hope as I am about to send my application…on for the year of affiliate scholarship I would be part of the winners to help me achieve my aim of being the best internet marketer in my country Ghana. How can I get an international Credit card to do my internet marketing I am worried about it

Reply

Year of the Dragon September 25, 2009 at 9:44 am

Hello Emmanuel, thankyou for your interest. Unfortunately, an international credit card is something we cannot help with.
You do not need a website to begin with affiliate marketing. If you have read through the YOTA ebook, you will find other ways to share your affiliate links. All the best with your application. :)

Reply

Sean Rasmussen September 25, 2009 at 11:57 am

Hi Emmanuel,
Great to hear you have already made a sale :)
With the credit card, if it is not one that is commonly accepted online, you may need to contact your bank and see if something can be arranged.
Good luck with your application.

I have one year to bring in an income which allows me to travel, play sport and qualify for the games. My dream is to empower as many amateur and aspiring athletes as possible through developing and systemising a kickass website/internet marketing template which athletes around the world can use to generate passive income streams. In particular I want to develop model which will assist those from less-developed countries, athletes who can’t get funding or struggle to manage sponsor relationships.I believe you are one of the business mentors who can help me get this message sorted and out there on the web. Pick me and you have my word you will be in my Olympic speech.
